Navigating New York’s Art Week and the City’s Art Ecosystem

The Art Week transforms New York into a global crossroads for contemporary art—where galleries, collectors, curators, and institutions converge in an intense few days of discovery and exchange. But how do you move through it with clarity and purpose?

Join us for an inspiring conversation moderated by Professor Andrea Rurale, Director Intensive Program in Arts Market and Finance at SDA Bocconi, with leading voices shaping today’s art world.

Together, they will share perspectives on how to approach the fair, decode the wider art scene, and make the most of this uniquely dynamic moment in the cultural calendar.

This event is part of “Road to Global Conference 2026” — a worldwide series of gatherings organized by the Bocconi Alumni Chapter and Topic Groups that anticipates and explores the themes of the Bocconi Alumni Global Conference. Beyond Borders: Knowledge and Leadership across Generations and Geographies will take place at The University Club, New York, on 25 September 2026.

The evening before, on September 24th, Friends of Bocconi and Bocconi Alumni will host the Benefit Gala — same spirit, same city, a night of celebration and generosity and support for talented students accessing a Bocconi education.
